Construction of wooden palisades begin in our capital and then we build them elsewhere as our treasury permits. They are necessary to build before the castle village can grow any further, anyway.
Wooden Palisades will give us a small bonus to levy size, tax income, and make it harder for hostile forces to siege our castle.
Now that castle villages are springing up all across our demesne, we need to build some form of protection around them.
